My name is Rebecca and I just moved to Washington State. Performer and artist in my first carnation, I have also taught the humanities and am finishing up my PhD in Comparative Studies from Florida Atlantic University’s “Public Intellectual” program (I have just Advanced to Candidacy–yeah). I am into Sociology, rhetoric/linguistics, philosophy, literature, the general humanities, theatre and comedy and integrating them into a whole. I am married to a wonderful man, George, and also live with a cat named Harpo and a dog named Max. Looking for a job now that I have moved, anyone need an opinionated editorialist or critic? Hum.
